She has also completed advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES THERAPY
In her practice, she strives to build genuine, open, and trusting relationships with her clients. She works to understand each client’s unique cultural identities, values, life experiences, and ongoing stressors to help them overcome barriers and start living the life they really want. She draws on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) to tailor treatment to each client’s needs and goals.
Caroline is passionate about reaching a wide audience of moms to help them learn new perspectives, tools, and information that will help them find more peace, joy, fulfillment, and humor through the transition to motherhood. Outside of the therapy room, she loves to work on this mission through her social media and as co-host of The Moms Are Alright podcast. She lives in San Francisco with her family, where she loves to explore the city and surrounding areas, try new restaurants, hike, travel, and watch cooking competition shows.
